2. Airport-taxi Travel 3's Services

2.1 Airport-taxi Travel 3's services provide you with an easy and convenient way to purchase travel itineraries, transfer services, tickets, and other travel experiences offered by Airport-taxi Travel 3 or our partner third-party suppliers ("Suppliers") through the Airport-taxi Travel 3 platform. You understand and agree that the specific services you purchase are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you also agree that we have the right to change, suspend, or terminate any service from time to time, and the right to add specifications, restrictions, or amend terms to individual services, or restrict your use of some or all of the services, without prior notice to you.

2.2 You may be required to pay fees to suppliers for using Airport-taxi Travel 3's services, and you will also be required to comply with the suppliers' service agreements. You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for these fees, and agree to pay these fees and comply with their service agreements.

2.3 We will make every effort to maintain the operation of Airport-taxi Travel 3's services and the Airport-taxi Travel 3 platform, but we do not guarantee that Airport-taxi Travel 3's services and the Airport-taxi Travel 3 platform will be in good working order at all times or unaffected by external factors. 4. Information You Provide

4.1 You agree and authorize us to use your personal data in accordance with Airport-taxi Travel 3's Privacy Policy.

4.2 To collect your feedback and improve Airport-taxi Travel 3's services, you agree to accept invitations to submit traveler reviews via SMS, email, or the Airport-taxi Travel 3 platform. After receiving your traveler review, we have the right (but not the obligation) to upload it to the relevant page on the Airport-taxi Travel 3 platform, sharing and making your service satisfaction and feedback public. You must ensure that your passenger reviews are not misleading and do not contain inappropriate, defamatory, threatening, abusive, or other offensive language. They must also not contain your personal information or that of other third parties, content that is not passenger review in nature, or any other content that violates legal regulations.

4.3 You understand and agree that when you use the services of Airport-taxi Travel 3, the traveler reviews you provide, including but not limited to text, photos, images, and videos, may be used by Airport-taxi Travel 3, its suppliers, or users of the Airport-taxi Travel 3 platform, regardless of whether the traveler reviews meet the copyright requirements under relevant intellectual property laws. Therefore, when you provide traveler reviews to Airport-taxi Travel 3, you irrevocably agree to: (a) grant Airport-taxi Travel 3 or its suppliers the right to reproduce, rearrange, extract, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the reviews, including but not limited to using any media and promoting them through any media channels, on a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable basis; and (b) grant users of the Airport-taxi Travel 3 platform the right to access, use, reproduce, create derivative works from, or otherwise reasonably use the reviews for non-commercial purposes through the Airport-taxi Travel 3 platform. However, your authorization, unless otherwise agreed in writing, will not affect your ownership of the information you provide.

4.4 You warrant that all information you provide (including but not limited to text, photos, images, and videos) does not violate any laws or regulations, does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and that Airport-taxi Travel 3's use of such information will not infringe upon the rights of any third party; you understand that you are solely responsible for all information you provide, and Airport-taxi Travel 3 shall not be liable for any errors or omissions therein.

5. Your Commitment

While some orders are confirmed immediately upon placement, others require confirmation from Airport-taxi Travel 3 or its suppliers. You agree to receive booking confirmation notifications via SMS, email, or mobile app, and you understand and agree that the response timeline provided by Airport-taxi Travel 3 is for reference only. You also agree that the confirmation time may be adjusted based on actual circumstances.

6.2 Airport-taxi Travel 3 reserves the right to change or adjust the prices and fees of tours, transfer services, tickets, and other travel experience-related services offered by Airport-taxi Travel 3 or its suppliers at any time. Changes may be announced via SMS, email, website, or mobile app. Your use of Airport-taxi Travel 3's services after receiving such change notification constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of the changed prices and fees.

6.3 You agree that Airport-taxi Travel 3 may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel any booking or order that may violate these Terms of Use.

6.4 You agree that you must pay for your order using the payment methods we accept; you understand and agree that we have no obligation to process or execute your order until you complete payment according to our instructions. Unless otherwise stipulated in these Terms of Use, the amount you have paid for your order is non-refundable.

6.5 If the service you select is provided by a supplier other than Airport-taxi Travel 3, the supplier is solely responsible for accepting or refusing your booking or order and for providing all related services. If you have any questions about the supplier's services, you may first contact the supplier for the most direct information; however, you may also contact Airport-taxi Travel 3, and we will attempt to contact the supplier to seek a solution.

6.6 You understand and agree that any individual services provided to you by any supplier may incur additional taxes or fees depending on the actual circumstances, and you may also be obligated to pay the relevant amounts directly to the supplier or tax authorities. While we have requested the supplier to provide the latest and most accurate information regarding the terms and conditions of use, pricing, etc., for the services offered, Airport-taxi Travel 3 cannot guarantee that all content displayed on the Airport-taxi Travel 3 platform will be accurate at all times. If your order is cancelled by the supplier, Airport-taxi Travel 3 will notify you as soon as possible using reasonable methods.

6.7 If you contact us or the supplier to cancel your booking within the cancellation period stated on the Airport-taxi Travel 3 platform at the time of booking, the amount you paid will be refunded to you in the same manner as you paid, upon successful cancellation and receipt of our notification, or if the services you purchased are cancelled according to the terms and conditions of use set by us or the supplier. You fully understand and agree that the refund amount you may receive may differ from the amount you originally paid due to exchange rates or fees or service charges charged by credit card companies or payment service providers.

6.8 How to Use the Electronic Voucher

6.8.1 If you purchase tours, transfer services, tickets, and other travel-related services through the Airport-taxi Travel 3 platform, after successful booking, except for the provision of physical tickets or other circumstances, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email containing your order number and an electronic voucher ("Electronic Voucher") recognizing the services you have purchased. You may print your Electronic Voucher for use.

6.8.2 You understand and agree that you must comply with the additional terms and conditions of use set by Airport-taxi Travel 3 or the supplier for the Electronic Voucher, including but not limited to: you must personally and punctually appear at the meeting point designated by Airport-taxi Travel 3 or the supplier within the usage period stated on the Electronic Voucher, and present the documents or information required by Airport-taxi Travel 3 or the supplier (such as: identification documents containing your photo, your order number, and your Electronic Voucher). If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of use set by Airport-taxi Travel 3 or the supplier, you may not be able to redeem the services recognized by the Electronic Voucher or request a refund. 6.8.3 You understand and agree that if your e-voucher or order number is lost or stolen, Airport-taxi Travel 3 or its suppliers have no obligation to reissue the e-voucher or provide you with the services represented by the e-voucher. Furthermore, if you attempt to illegally redeem the voucher, for example, by being under the legal age to use the services represented by the e-voucher, Airport-taxi Travel 3 or its suppliers may refuse to accept your redemption of the e-voucher without a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 You understand that the platform content may be provided by suppliers and agree that we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of the platform content, and you agree not to hold us liable in the future for any platform content provided by suppliers.

7.2 You agree that any content you exchange or transmit with the Airport-taxi Travel 3 platform is not confidential, and your communications may be read or intercepted by others. You understand and acknowledge that no confidential, trust, or other cooperative legal relationship exists between you and us.

7.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that Airport-taxi Travel 3 and our directors, senior managers, executives, employees, and their agents shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with any breach of these Terms of Use, use of the Airport-taxi Travel 3 platform, or other negligence.

7.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that if you are dissatisfied with our services in any way, your sole remedy is to cease using our services. In any event we are liable to you for any indemnification, the maximum amount shall be the total amount you have paid to us within the twelve months preceding the date of your initial claim.

8. Indemnification Terms

8.1 You must indemnify and hold harmless Airport-taxi Travel 3 and our directors, senior managers, executives, employees, and their agents from any loss arising from your personal or others' access to the Airport-taxi Travel 3 platform or use of Airport-taxi Travel 3 services, including but not limited to all litigation costs, attorneys' fees, settlement fees, and other losses, in connection with any claims made by you or someone using your Airport-taxi Travel 3 member account.

8.2 In the event of such claims by third parties, Airport-taxi Travel 3 may require you to defend any claims or legal actions, and to negotiate any settlement. However, you may not take any legal action that may be detrimental to our rights without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

9.1 These Terms of Use will continue to apply between you and Airport-taxi Travel 3 until we terminate these Terms of Use. If you breach any provision of these Terms of Use, or if we deem it necessary in our judgment, we have the right to immediately terminate or suspend your use of the Airport-taxi Travel 3 services, access to the Airport-taxi Travel 3 platform, or your member account without prior notice to you.

9.2 If these Terms of Use are terminated pursuant to Clause 9.1, you agree that to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will have no obligations or liabilities to you and may cancel any orders placed prior to termination without refund.

11. Dispute Resolution
You agree that the highest court in the jurisdiction where Airport-taxi Travel 3 operates shall have the first instance jurisdiction for any dispute or controversy arising from your use of Airport-taxi Travel 3's services.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.2 We may assign these Terms of Use or any rights and obligations arising therefrom, and may delegate any obligations under these Terms of Use to any third party. You may not assign these Terms of Use, directly or indirectly, without our prior written consent.
