How to Use

Price Plans Prices vary depending on the number of passengers, destination, etc. Please select an option to confirm.
Additional Charges If the trip exceeds 10 hours, an additional fee of ¥5,000/hour will be charged. If the trip is between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, an additional late-night fee of ¥5,000/hour will be charged. If an overnight stay is required, a driver accommodation fee of ¥10,000/night will be charged. For pickups and drop-offs outside of Tokyo City, an additional fee of ¥10,000/trip will be charged depending on the distance.
Child Seat Information Child seats are available for ¥2,000 per seat. Please select an option.
- Under Japanese law, all children aged 0-5 must ride in an approved, fixed child car seat appropriate for their age and height.
- If traveling with children, we recommend reserving a child car seat in advance.
- Infants and children are included in the passenger count. Please make sure to reserve correctly when booking.
Cancellation Policy 1. Free cancellations are available up to 24 hours in advance. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours. 2. In the case of cancellations due to force majeure (such as flight delays or cancellations), refunds or rescheduling are available. Cancellations due to force majeure are free of charge. 3. We will make every effort to avoid miscommunication with the driver, but refunds will not be available if the driver is unavailable.
Important Booking Information
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
- After completing payment, please provide your email address, phone number, or social media account (WeChat, LINE, and WhatsApp only) in the booking form so that our staff can contact you. Your driver's name, contact information, and license plate number will be notified to you the day before pickup via the contact information you provided.
- Your driver will wait at the agreed location. If you cannot find your driver upon arriving at the pickup location, please call the supplier's customer service number (listed on your voucher) in time and be sure to activate your international roaming service.
- Please collect your voucher within one day. If you do not receive your booking confirmation, please let us know.
